CLASS is one of 78 nonprofit organizations participating in the walk. This annual fundraiser is underwritten by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, so 100% of the funds raised by CLASS, come directly to CLASS! This is CLASS’s tenth anniversary in the walk, so please help us to meet our goal in celebration of this milestone.

In the past, proceeds raised through the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community have allowed CLASS to build inclusive communities and fulfill our mission of Working Toward A Community Where Each Belongs by helping to build an accessible home for our Residential Services, finding inclusive activities for children through our CLASS Kids Program, and allowing for CLASS to continue our commitment to people of all abilities by supporting the capital campaign. This year funds raised will support men and women with disabilities living in the communities of their choice.

Online registration is available now at http://hcf.convio.net/class. Register as an individual, create a team, or join a team. You can even create your own fundraising webpage to share with family, co-workers, and friends. Register today! Once you register your team, be sure to reference the Team Captain Toolkit for different strategies to recruit walkers and donations.
